“I’ve partied enough for two life times. One of my biggest regrets was partying too much when I was younger. I know that sounds weird, and I’m probably one of the few people in the world to say that, but I wasted so many good practice hours in mediocre conditions because I didn’t listen to my body. Looking back, I am certain; if I partied less, I would have been one of the best. My advice to the future generation of athletes is to leave celebrating for the big wins only. I promise, If you listen to my advice, at some point, you will start winning so much, you will begin to think you are celebrating too frequently. At that point you need to stop listening to me and start listing to you body.”
